Proverbs 3:5-10 from the Message Bible
“Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life! Honor God with everything you own; give him the first and the best. Your barns will burst, your wine vats will brim over.

The Benefit of Serving God:
So often believers talk about what they can't do since they gave their lives to Christ and fail to share all of the benefits of walking with God. Benefits that start here, prior to Heaven. “Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.”

Nugget for Today:
When we surrender to the fact that we do not know it all and run from Evil to God, like a child running to their loving father; God provides healing to our bodies and vibrance to our bones.
Heavenly Father, as I learn to surrender to you, thank you for providing healing in my body and vibrancy in my bones.
